Independent guide. myreceiptsays.com has no tie to Burlington Stores, to SMG (which runs the survey software) or to Ventura Associates (which runs the drawing). So keep the survey code from your receipt to yourself, and type it only on Burlington’s survey page.
Start the BurlingtonFeedback survey
Have your receipt ready. The first screen asks for one thing: the 18- or 19-digit survey code.
Once open, the page is titled “Customer Satisfaction Survey” and runs on SMG software. An Español link sits at the top.
In short: finishing the Burlington survey gets you one entry into that month’s drawing for a $1,000 Burlington gift card. One winner is drawn each month from July 2026 through June 2027, and you get one entry per month however many receipts you have. You can also enter by email without buying anything.
What the BurlingtonFeedback sweepstakes pays
The start page says that after the survey you can enter for a chance to win a $1,000 Burlington gift card
. That’s a chance, not a coupon. In fact, the rules set out twelve monthly prizes, one per month, each paid as a Burlington gift card worth $1,000.00.
The card works only at Burlington. Also, you can’t swap it for cash, use it to buy other gift cards, or put it toward a Burlington credit card bill. The rules also cap winnings at one prize per household, so two people at one address can’t both win.
Still, off-price rivals run similar drawings with different math. For example, the TJX Brands survey drawing at TJ Maxx gives one $500 e-gift card per brand each month, while Ross pays out $1,000 plus five $100 cards every period. As a result, Burlington’s single $1,000 card sits between the two.
The 2026–2027 rules at a glance
| Rule | What the rules say |
|---|---|
| Sweepstakes dates | 12:00:00 PM ET on July 1, 2026 to 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2027 |
| Entry periods | One per calendar month, each with its own random drawing |
| Who can enter | Legal residents of the 50 states, D.C. and Puerto Rico, 18 or older |
| Ways to enter | Finish the online survey, or send an email entry with no purchase |
| Entry limit | One per person per monthly period, whichever method you use |
| Leftover entries | Non-winning entries don’t roll into the next month |
| Drawing | Within seven business days after each month ends |
| Winner reply | Affidavit and release due within five business days of the email notice |
| Prize limit | One per household |
Note what’s missing, though: the rules set no receipt-age limit. Other retail surveys tie the entry to the purchase date, such as MarshallsFeedback’s 14-day purchase window. By contrast, Burlington’s rules only care that your entry arrives inside the monthly period. Similarly, Lowe’s five monthly $500 checks come with a seven-day receipt limit that Burlington doesn’t copy.

Check your code and your drawing month
First, type your survey code, the date you’ll enter, or both. The tool tells you whether the code length fits the survey box, which monthly drawing the entry joins, and roughly when that drawing happens. It runs only in your browser. Similarly, we built a period calendar for the quarterly Publix drawing calendar.
What BurlingtonFeedback.com asks for
The start page reads: Please enter the 18 or 19 digit survey code located on your receipt.
There’s a single box, capped at 19 characters, so type the digits straight through without spaces.
That makes Burlington simpler than most store surveys. In contrast, Stop & Shop’s 20-digit PIN fills several boxes, and Target’s receipt User ID survey needs two separate fields. Besides the code, Burlington asks for no store number, date or time on the first page.
At the end, the survey offers the sweepstakes and asks for your contact details. The rules make your name, address, phone and email the contact record for any win, so give an inbox you actually check. Also, the rules say entering signs you up for Burlington marketing by email or mail. Therefore, to opt out, you write to Burlington Stores, 1830 Route 130 North, Burlington, NJ 08016, marked “Opt Out – ATTN.: Advertising”.
How to take the BurlingtonFeedback survey
- First, find the 18- or 19-digit survey code printed on your Burlington receipt.
- Next, go to www.burlingtonfeedback.com and pick Español at the top if you prefer Spanish.
- Then type all the digits into the single box with no spaces or dashes.
- After that, answer the questions about your Burlington store visit.
- At the end, accept the sweepstakes offer and give a name, address, phone and email you check.
- Finally, note the month, because only one entry per person counts in each monthly drawing.

When the Burlington survey won’t take your code
- Wrong length. Count the digits again. Anything shorter than 18 or longer than 19 is a misread, often a doubled or skipped digit.
- Spaces or dashes. Leave them out. The box holds 19 characters, so spacing can push the last digits off the end.
- An old receipt. The rules set no age limit, yet the survey system can still refuse a code. If it does, the email entry below still counts for the month. For example, grocery surveys are much stricter here, and Food Lion’s five-day receipt limit is typical.
- Already entered this month. A second survey adds nothing. In addition, the rules allow one entry per person per month, and using extra email addresses or identities to get more voids all of that person’s entries.
- No sweepstakes form at the end. The start page says
Restrictions may apply
. If the offer doesn’t appear, enter by email instead. For a survey that pays every time rather than by drawing, see Kroger, which rewards fuel points instead.

BurlingtonFeedback claims that don’t match the rules
| The guide says | The rules say |
|---|---|
| “Receipt valid for: 7 days” (burlingtonfeedback.surveymemo.com) | No receipt-age limit; the entry must arrive inside its monthly period |
| No-purchase entry: “follow the instructions on the site” (same guide) | It’s an email to BurlingtonSurvey@sweepspros.com with a set subject line |
| “if you submit more, only the first one will count” (same guide) | Trying to get extra entries through other emails or identities voids all of that person’s entries |
| Drawings “usually within a week” (same guide) | Within seven business days after the month ends, which runs past a calendar week |
The prize itself, $1,000 in Burlington gift card value, matches. Instead, the details around it are what readers trip on. Monthly limits trip people up elsewhere too, since Walgreens’ one-entry monthly sweepstakes counts a single entry per month no matter how many invitations you hold.
Fake Burlington prize messages
Real winners hear by email from the drawing’s administrator and then sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a release. However, nothing in the rules asks a winner to pay a fee, buy anything or share a card number. If a text or email says you’ve won a Burlington prize but must pay shipping or “verify” a card, treat it as a scam; the FTC warns that real prizes never cost money.
The survey page itself ends with “© 2026 SMG. All rights reserved.” and links to SMG’s privacy policy and terms. Reward-themed scam emails copy store branding closely, as fake CVS reward emails did when they charged shipping for a “gift”. Likewise, this guide isn’t Burlington, and it never asks for your code.
BurlingtonFeedback without a receipt: the email entry
No purchase or survey is needed. The rules give an email method instead of the usual postcard:
- Send it to BurlingtonSurvey@sweepspros.com.
- Next, put the words Burlington Stores Survey Sweepstakes Entry in the subject line.
- Then include your name, address and telephone number in the body.
The email has to be received between the first and last day of a month to count for that month. It shares the same one-per-month limit as the survey, so a survey and an email in one month still make a single entry. Mail-in routes elsewhere ask more of you; for instance, H-E-B’s handwritten mail-in sheet needs a specific sentence copied out by hand.
Want the winners list? In that case, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by June 30, 2027 to Burlington Stores Survey Sweepstakes Winners List, c/o Ventura Associates International LLC, 494 Eighth Avenue, Suite 1700, New York, NY 10001, Attn.: DE/BURL7470. The list is available after July 31, 2027.
