This Kroger feedback survey guide draws on two Kroger sources, both read on October 9, 2026. One is the survey site itself, and the other is Kroger’s Points pages.
Kroger doesn’t run this page. myreceiptsays.com explains the survey independently. You’ll never be asked here for your invitation, a code or personal details.
The Kroger feedback survey at www.kroger.com/feedback gives you 50 fuel points for answering questions about your last visit, and Kroger’s survey page says you’ll need your invitation to take it. The catch is that 50 points can’t be spent alone: Kroger’s terms set a 100-point minimum, and points expire on the last day of the month after you earn them. Kroger doesn’t publish how many days after shopping the survey stays open.
Start the survey at www.kroger.com/feedback
Kroger’s own survey page showed up in Google when we checked in October 2026, but the survey forms behind it are set not to appear in search results. The quickest route for a grocery visit is to type the address from your invitation straight into your browser.
Grocery visit
Go to www.kroger.com/feedbackThis goes to www.kroger.com/feedback, which forwards you to Kroger’s grocery survey on 8451cx.az1.qualtrics.com.
Pharmacy visit: which Kroger survey?
Go to kroger.com/i/feedbackThis goes to Kroger’s survey page on kroger.com, which has a Start Pharmacy Survey button. That survey also opens on 8451cx.az1.qualtrics.com.

What 50 fuel points are really worth
Kroger’s survey page puts it plainly: Earn 50 fuel points by giving us feedback!
That’s a reward for taking the survey, not a ticket in a prize drawing, and the page mentions no drawing at all.
Kroger has since renamed the program (its Points page calls it formerly Fuel Points
), and the points now work on groceries as well as fuel. Here is what Kroger says 100 points buy, next to what half of that comes to:
The $1.75 and 50¢ figures are our arithmetic from Kroger’s rates. Kroger notes that the maximum fuel discount and gallon limits may vary by location.
You can’t redeem the 50 on their own. Kroger’s terms say discounts apply when you redeem at least 100 points, and its Points page says most groceries earn 1 point per $1. So roughly $50 of ordinary groceries before the survey points expire turns them into something you can use.
When do your survey points expire?
Kroger’s Points FAQ says Points and dollars off groceries expire on the last day of the month after the points were earned.
Kroger doesn’t say how long survey points take to appear, so enter the day they showed up in your balance, or the day you took the survey if you’re not sure. The check runs in your browser, on your own device’s date, and sends nothing anywhere.
Bring your invitation, and don’t wait too long
Kroger’s survey page says You will need to have your invitation available to continue.
The survey asks about your most recent visit to the store where you received that invitation.
Kroger doesn’t publish the format of the details on the invitation. Guides we read in September 2026 disagreed on it, one saying 18 digits and another 26, so type exactly what’s printed rather than trusting either.
Kroger also doesn’t publish a deadline. Some guides say 7 days after your purchase; Kroger’s pages say nothing either way, so take the survey while the invitation is recent. The survey page doesn’t explain how the points reach your account either, which is why the last step below is checking your balance.

Taking the Kroger feedback survey, step by step
- Find your survey invitation. Kroger’s survey page says you’ll need it to continue.
- For a grocery visit, type www.kroger.com/feedback into your browser’s address bar. It opens the grocery survey.
- For a pharmacy visit, go to kroger.com/i/feedback and choose Start Pharmacy Survey.
- Answer the questions about your most recent visit to the store that gave you the invitation, copying anything from the invitation exactly as printed.
- Afterwards, check your Points balance in the Kroger app, on kroger.com or on your next receipt.

When the survey or the points don’t behave
- The survey page is blank. The grocery survey form needs JavaScript; without it, the page shows only
Javascript is required to load this page.
Turn JavaScript on or try another browser. - You opened the wrong survey. www.kroger.com/feedback always opens the grocery survey. For a pharmacy visit, start at kroger.com/i/feedback instead.
- The form won’t accept your invitation details. Re-type them one character at a time; 0 and O, and 1 and I, are the easiest to mix up. We can’t see why the form turns down a particular entry.
- The points haven’t appeared. Kroger doesn’t say how long they take. Check your balance in the app or on kroger.com, and if they still don’t show, contact Kroger through its Customer Help Center on kroger.com.
No invitation? There’s no other route
Kroger’s survey page lists no other way to earn the 50 points, and because this is a reward rather than a prize drawing, there’s no free mail-in entry either. Guides that describe mailing a card are describing a sweepstakes Kroger’s survey page doesn’t mention.

Claims on other Kroger survey guides that don’t match Kroger
We compared guides from our searches on October 9, 2026, with Kroger’s own pages. Several still describe a different program.
| What another guide says | What Kroger’s pages say |
|---|---|
| “Win 50 Fuel Points” (krogerfeedback.it.com) | You earn them by giving feedback. It isn’t a prize drawing. |
| A monthly sweepstakes for $5,000 or $100 gift cards (krogerfeedback.it.com) | The survey page mentions no drawing, and we found no current Kroger survey sweepstakes rules. |
| Finishing the survey enters you in a gift card sweepstakes (a guide hosted on grandavehousing.calpoly.edu) | Same: 50 fuel points, no drawing mentioned. |
| Mail in a 3 x 5 card to enter (process.st) | No mail-in route is listed; the points come from the survey. |
| Take the survey within 7 days of purchase (krogerfeedback.it.com) | Kroger publishes no time limit. |
| The number of points may differ by purchase (krogerfeedback.it.com) | The survey page names one figure: 50. |
Spotting fake Kroger survey sites and prize messages
Kroger’s survey page sends you to its survey forms on 8451cx.az1.qualtrics.com, and www.kroger.com/feedback forwards there too, so treat any other survey address as unofficial unless kroger.com links to it. Check the address bar before you type anything. This site isn’t Kroger either, and it will never ask for your invitation or your details.
Because the survey pays points rather than prizes, a message saying you’ve won $5,000 or a gift card from the Kroger survey doesn’t match anything on Kroger’s survey page. Anyone who asks for a fee, gift cards, a card number or bank details to release a prize is running a scam. The FTC’s advice is the same: real prizes are free.
Kroger feedback questions
Is the Kroger feedback 50 fuel points survey real?
Yes. Kroger’s own survey page, kroger.com/i/feedback, says “Earn 50 fuel points by giving us feedback!” and links to a grocery survey and a pharmacy survey.
Where does www.kroger.com/feedback go?
It forwards you to Kroger’s grocery survey on 8451cx.az1.qualtrics.com, the same form as the Start Grocery Survey button on kroger.com/i/feedback.
Is krogerfeedback.com the Kroger survey?
Kroger’s survey page doesn’t link to it. Its buttons go to 8451cx.az1.qualtrics.com, and www.kroger.com/feedback forwards there too.
How long do I have to take the Kroger survey?
Kroger doesn’t publish a time limit. Some guides say 7 days, but Kroger’s pages don’t, so take it while your invitation is recent.
Is there a Kroger survey sweepstakes for $5,000?
Kroger’s survey page offers 50 fuel points and mentions no drawing, and we found no current Kroger survey sweepstakes rules in October 2026.
What are 50 fuel points worth?
By our arithmetic from Kroger’s rates, up to $1.75 off fuel on a 35-gallon fill-up, or 50 cents off groceries. You need at least 100 Points before you can redeem any.
When do the survey points expire?
On the last day of the month after you earn them. Kroger’s example: Points earned any time in March expire on April 30.
Can I use 50 points on their own?
No. Kroger’s terms say discounts apply when you redeem at least 100 points. Most groceries earn 1 point per $1, so about $50 of groceries makes up the rest.
How many times can I take the Kroger feedback survey?
Kroger’s survey page doesn’t give a limit. Each survey asks about the visit on your invitation.
Should I take the grocery or the pharmacy survey?
The one that matches the visit your invitation is for. www.kroger.com/feedback opens the grocery survey; the pharmacy survey is on kroger.com/i/feedback.
