On October 28, 2026 we filled in the MyShopRiteExperience.com start page field by field (without submitting) and read the 2026 ShopRite “Customer Experience” Sweepstakes rules it links to.
This is an independent guide. myreceiptsays.com isn’t part of ShopRite, Wakefern Food Corp. or SMG, which hosts the survey. The store, register and transaction numbers on your receipt are for ShopRite’s form; we never ask for them.
Go to MyShopRiteExperience.com
Keep the receipt next to you. The first page asks for five things from it: the date, the time, a 3-digit store number, the register number and the transaction number.
The page is titled “ShopRite Customer Experience Survey” and is powered by SMG (Service Management Group).
In short: the ShopRite survey enters you in a monthly drawing where five people each win a $100 ShopRite gift card. It’s open to residents of Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania only, with one entry per person per month. The current rules end on December 31, 2026, and you can also enter by mail without shopping.
What you can win from the MyShopRiteExperience survey
The MyShopRiteExperience rules list 60 prizes across the year, each a $100 ShopRite gift card, for a total prize pool of $6,000. In other words, that works out to five winners in each of twelve monthly drawings. So finishing the survey earns an entry, not a guaranteed card.
As a result, five winners a month gives better odds per drawing than chains with one big prize. For comparison, Publix hands out three $1,000 cards a quarter, and H-E-B’s Texas-only drawing awards $250 cards by market region. East Coast grocer Food Lion also spreads its prizes out, with ten $500 Food Lion cards per period under its last published rules.
Also, the sponsor may swap in a prize of equal or greater value. However, nothing in the rules promises a coupon or discount for simply taking the survey.
ShopRite sweepstakes rules for 2026
| Rule | What the 2026 rules say |
|---|---|
| Period | 12:00:01 a.m. EST January 1, 2026 to 11:59:59 p.m. EST December 31, 2026 |
| Eligible states | Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania |
| Age | 18 or older; 19 or older in Delaware |
| Prizes | Five $100 ShopRite gift cards per month, 60 in total |
| Entry limit | One per person per month, regardless of method |
| Monthly cutoff | Online: received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the month’s last day. Mail: postmarked by the last day, received by the 4th of the next month |
| Drawing | On or about the fifth day of the following month |
| Winner contact | Phone, email or mail; a winner not reached within three calendar days is disqualified |
Unlike many store surveys, the rules don’t tie entry to a receipt age. ShopRite’s neighbor tells a different story, since Stop & Shop’s survey wants you back within five days of the receipt date. Here, by contrast, what matters is reaching the form before the month closes.

Can you enter, and which drawing will it join?
First, choose your state, the way you’ll enter and the date you’ll do it. The tool applies the 2026 rules: it checks eligibility, names the monthly drawing and gives that month’s last day to enter or mail. Meanwhile, nothing leaves your browser. Lowe’s runs a similar monthly calendar, laid out in our Lowe’s $500 check sweepstakes guide.
What MyShopRiteExperience.com asks for
The page opens with: Please enter the following pieces of information from your receipt. Enter digits only.
After that come five fields:
- Date in MM/DD/YY form, with a calendar picker.
- Time as hour, minute and AM or PM.
- 3-digit Store Number, three characters at most.
- Register Number, up to three digits.
- Transaction Number, up to four digits.
So MyShopRiteExperience has no single long code to copy. Instead, you match each box to a number printed on the receipt. That’s closer to how Target pulls a User ID and password off the slip than to a one-box code survey. If your receipt prints the time on a 24-hour clock, convert it first, because the menu stops at 12.
Once the questions are done, the rules say online entrants complete a registration form with full name, mailing address, phone number and email. Your survey answers don’t change your chances; still, you do have to finish them.
How to take the ShopRite survey
- First, find the date, time, store number, register number and transaction number on your ShopRite receipt.
- Next, go to www.myshopriteexperience.com.
- Type the date as MM/DD/YY, then pick the hour, minute and AM or PM.
- Then type the 3-digit store number, the register number and the transaction number, digits only.
- After that, answer the questions about your ShopRite visit.
- Finally, fill in your name, mailing address, phone and email so the administrator can reach you.

When MyShopRiteExperience won’t accept your receipt
- Store number too long. The box takes three digits, so if your receipt shows a longer store ID, look for the 3-digit store number elsewhere on the slip.
- Letters or symbols. Because the form says to enter digits only, drop any # signs, dashes or leading letters.
- Wrong time. A time like 17:42 has to go in as 05:42 PM. Similarly, pick the minute exactly as printed rather than rounding.
- Date format. MyShopRiteExperience wants the date as MM/DD/YY, so type it that way or use the calendar icon.
- Out of state. The survey may open for anyone, but only residents of the six listed states can win. Otherwise, if you live elsewhere, the entry won’t qualify. Even so, shoppers outside the region have options; Kroger gives fuel points for feedback rather than a drawing.
- Second survey in a month. It won’t add an entry, because the limit is one per person per month, whether you go online or by mail.

ShopRite survey myths vs the rules
| Common belief | What the rules say |
|---|---|
| Every survey wins a $100 gift card | Each survey is one entry; five winners are drawn per month |
| More receipts mean more chances | One entry per person per month, any method |
| Anyone in the US can win | Only CT, DE, MD, NJ, NY and PA residents; 19+ in Delaware |
| You need a purchase to enter | No purchase is necessary; a mailed 3″ x 5″ card counts the same |
| Unused entries carry over | Entries don’t roll into later months |
Search results for MyShopRiteExperience are thin, and most of what turns up is gift-card deal chatter about ShopRite’s in-store promotions, not this sweepstakes. For that reason, we built this table from the rules alone. Readers who assume a guaranteed reward are often thinking of a different kind of survey, such as the TJ Maxx survey’s e-gift card drawing, which also pays only by random draw.
Fake ShopRite gift card offers
The real start page carries “© 2026 SMG. All rights reserved.” and links only to SMG’s privacy policy, SMG’s terms and the ShopRite sweepstakes rules PDF. Also, it never asks for a card number or a fee.
A text or email saying you’ve won a ShopRite gift card and must pay shipping is a scam; the FTC says real prizes never cost money to claim. Instead, real winners hear from American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., the administrator named in the rules. Pharmacy shoppers see the same trick, as covered in our CVS survey page, and myreceiptsays.com never contacts winners either.
Enter the ShopRite drawing by mail
No purchase or payment is needed. Instead, to enter by mail, follow the rules closely:
- Hand-print on a 3″ x 5″ card your full name, complete mailing address, day and night phone numbers, email address and age.
- Put it in a standard business-size #10 envelope, one card per envelope.
- Mail it to: ShopRite “Customer Experience” Sweepstakes, PO Box 407, Macedon, NY 14502-0407.
For a given month’s drawing, the card must be postmarked by that month’s last day and arrive by the 4th of the next month. In particular, the final cards need a December 31, 2026 postmark and must arrive by January 5, 2027. Also, the administrator won’t confirm receipt, and bulk shipments aren’t accepted. The card shares the monthly limit with the survey, so both in one month still count once. Mail-in cards are common elsewhere too; Ross takes hand-printed mail-in cards too, for instance.
Finally, for the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope by February 28, 2027 to ASC/ShopRite “Customer Experience” Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614.
