Caseys.com/survey sends you straight to a Medallia page that reads Welcome to the Casey’s Guest Satisfaction Survey.
Then press Begin Survey and keep your receipt nearby.
It lands on survey3.medallia.com. At first, the screen shows only the welcome line, the Begin Survey button and Medallia’s support and privacy links.
In short: the Casey’s survey is live, but its welcome page names no prize. The $500 gift card drawing that guides advertise comes from Casey’s 2025 sweepstakes rules, which ran from January 1 to December 31, 2025 and covered 16 states. We found no 2026 rules. So take the survey for the feedback, and check its last page for any entry form before counting on a prize.
Is there still a $500 Casey’s survey prize?
Not one we can confirm for 2026. The Casey’s rules file is titled “Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes” and offered one prize per monthly period: five hundred dollars ($500) in Casey’s gift cards
. However, its twelve periods ran through 11:59 p.m. CST on December 31, 2025, and its winners-list window has also closed.
Meanwhile, the live welcome page doesn’t mention a drawing at all. Of course, Casey’s could still run one, since the 2025 rules put the entry form after the survey. Still, until Casey’s posts new rules, any page promising $500 is repeating last year’s terms.
That gap is common in fast-food surveys too. For instance, our Wendy’s survey guide also separates what guides report from what the survey states. A clearer case is Culver’s, where the receipt’s own offer sets the Culver’s reward rather than a sweepstakes.

After all, a state list like this is normal for regional chains. Similarly, H-E-B limits its drawing to Texas residents. So if Casey’s renews its sweepstakes, expect a similar list, but check it, because Casey’s has added stores since 2025.
What the Caseys survey page asks for
At the start, the first page asks for nothing; it only has a Begin Survey button. Guides describe the next screen as asking for an 18-digit Transaction ID from the bottom of the receipt, plus the visit date. However, we didn’t start a survey to confirm that, so compare with your own receipt.
Even so, the address hints at the setup. Caseys.com/survey opens a Medallia survey whose web address ends in “caseys-str-receipt”, which suggests a receipt-based store survey. Other receipt surveys ask for more; Taco Bell’s survey wants the visit time in hour, minute and AM or PM, for comparison.
In addition, under the 2025 rules, the entry form after the survey asked for name and email address. Also, those rules set no deadline after purchase. Some guides claim a 7-day receipt limit; however, nothing in Casey’s rules backs that up.
How to take the Casey’s survey at caseys.com/survey
- First, keep your Casey’s receipt from the visit you want to rate.
- Next, type www.caseys.com/survey into your browser; it forwards you to Casey’s Guest Satisfaction Survey on Medallia.
- Press Begin Survey on the welcome page.
- Then type the number and visit details the survey asks for, copying them exactly from the receipt.
- After that, answer the questions about your Casey’s visit.
- Finally, read the last page for any entry form, rules link or code before closing it.
When the Caseys survey link doesn’t work
- You end up on a Medallia address. That’s normal, because caseys.com/survey forwards to survey3.medallia.com.
- The number won’t go in. Count the digits first, and then drop any spaces or dashes. If the count is off, look for another long number on the receipt.
- No prize form at the end. That matches what we found: no current drawing is posted. As a result, there may simply be nothing to enter.
- The page looks broken. In that case, use the Survey Support link in the footer, which goes to Medallia’s support site.
- You wanted an instant reward. Unfortunately, Casey’s survey doesn’t promise one. If a guaranteed treat matters, Zaxby’s survey offers a buy-one-get-one snack instead. Likewise, McDVoice gives a validation code at the end.
Casey’s survey claims that don’t hold up

Meanwhile, several lookalike sites also use “caseys.com/survey” in their own names and titles. Still, none of them is Casey’s. Therefore, type the address yourself rather than clicking through from a search ad. Sweepstakes that do run publish dated rules; LongHorn’s current drawing lists every period, for example.
Casey’s survey lookalikes and prize scams
Search results for this survey include sites on .click and .cfd domains, plus free web-builder pages, all titled “caseys.com/survey”. By contrast, the real address is caseys.com/survey on Casey’s own domain, which forwards to survey3.medallia.com. As a result, anything else is a third party, including this page.
Also, no Casey’s prize costs money. A message saying you’ve won Casey’s gift cards but must pay a fee is a scam, and the FTC says genuine prizes are free. Pharmacy and grocery chains get the same treatment; the Walgreens survey page lists the real entry routes there.
Casey’s email entry: how it worked in 2025
The 2025 rules offered a free route with no survey: an email to contests@caseys.com with “Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes” as the subject, listing full name, mailing address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, birthdate and email address. The limit was one entry per person per period.
Because those periods have ended, we don’t suggest sending that email now unless Casey’s posts new rules that name it again. For a survey that skips drawings altogether, the Chick-fil-A survey emails its reward instead.
