LongHornSurvey.com: How to Enter LongHorn’s $100 Gift Card Sweepstakes

Darden’s Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes rules for June 2026 to May 2027 set every date in this LongHorn survey guide. The survey’s own screens set every step.

Not LongHorn, not Darden. myreceiptsays.com is an independent guide with no link to either company. It never asks for your receipt ID or contact details.

Take the LongHorn survey at LongHornSurvey.com

The survey’s own address shows up in Google, so you can use that result or this button. Below it, you’ll find what the start screen doesn’t tell you: every entry period, the free mail-in entry, the 10-entry limit and the mistakes other guides make.

Open LongHornSurvey.com

This goes to LongHornSurvey.com, which forwards you to Darden’s Guest Satisfaction Survey on dardenrestaurants.qualtrics.com. Darden is the restaurant company behind LongHorn, and Qualtrics makes the survey software.

In short: type the ID number from the center of your LongHorn receipt at LongHornSurvey.com, answer the questions, then choose to enter the sweepstakes and fill in your details. Darden draws five winners of a $100 Darden Restaurant Gift Card in each of 12 entry periods, so 60 cards a year. Legal residents of the US, Canada, Guam and Puerto Rico who are 18 or older, or the local age of majority, can enter up to 10 times per period, and there’s a free mail-in entry too.

The $100 LongHorn survey prize, in plain numbers

  • $100Darden Restaurant Gift Card per winner
  • 5winners in every entry period
  • 12entry periods, so 60 cards a year

The rules spell it out: Each prize is a $100 Darden Restaurant Gift Card. The ARV of each prize is $100 USD. So the card is a Darden one rather than a LongHorn-only card, and its own terms decide where you can use it.

Notice, too, that the rules never mention LongHorn by name. Instead, they cover a participating Darden restaurant location, and the five winners come from all eligible entries in each period. Your odds therefore depend on how many people enter, and there’s a limit of one prize per person or household.

If you win, you’re told by email at the address you entered, and the rules say entrants can’t change that address later. Prizes are sent about 6 to 8 weeks after you’re confirmed eligible. Winners in Canada must also answer a timed math question first.

Each period opens at 12:00 AM and closes at 11:59:59 PM Central Time, and the administrator’s computer is the clock that counts. Mail-in cards must be both postmarked and received by the dates shown.

Which drawing will your entry be in?

Pick the date you’ll take the survey or post a mail-in card, and the checker matches it to the table above. It runs in your browser and sends nothing. Since periods close at 11:59:59 PM Central Time, finish early on a closing day if you live further west.

How you’re entering

How to take the LongHorn survey and enter the sweepstakes

  1. Before you start, find the ID number in the center of your LongHorn receipt.
  2. Then go to LongHornSurvey.com, which opens Darden’s Guest Satisfaction Survey.
  3. Choose English or Español, type the ID number into the three boxes and select Next.
  4. Answer the questions about your visit, and write at least three sentences when the survey asks why you rated it as you did.
  5. When the survey asks whether you’d like to enter the sweepstakes, select Yes, because that’s what enters you.
  6. Finally, fill in your name, home address, phone number and email address, then select Next until you see “You are now entered in the sweepstakes.”
LongHorn survey question asking if you are 18 or older and would like to enter the sweepstakes

What the LongHorn survey asks you for

The first screen says: Please enter the ID number located in the center of your receipt. It splits the number across three boxes, and those boxes accept up to 4, 5 and 4 characters, so type each part of the ID into its own box. A language menu offers English and Español, and the Darden Sweepstakes Rules are linked on the same screen.

Next come the questions. They cover your meal, the steak if you ordered one, service, wait times and cleanliness. Later, a comment box asks you to explain your overall rating in three sentences or more, and the survey says those comments go to the restaurant anonymously.

At the end, it asks if you’re 18 or older and would like to enter the sweepstakes. If you say yes, the form we saw asked for your first and last name, home address, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, phone number and email address, typed twice. Darden’s rules don’t set a deadline for taking the survey after your visit.

When the LongHorn survey won’t take your ID number

  • If the ID is rejected, check that each part went into its own box, because the boxes take up to 4, 5 and 4 characters.
  • When you can’t find the number, look in the middle of the receipt rather than at the bottom, since that’s where the survey says it is.
  • If you answered No to the sweepstakes question, you aren’t entered. In that case, you’ll need another receipt or a mail-in card for an entry this period.
  • If you’ve already entered 10 times this period, wait for the next one, because the rules cap entries at 10 per period.
  • If you’re waiting to hear whether you won, check your spam folder, since the rules say the sponsor isn’t responsible for emails filtered there.

Free LongHorn sweepstakes entry by mail

According to the rules, there’s NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE. To enter free, hand-write your complete name (no initials), email address, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½ x 5-inch card. Then mail it in an outer envelope, with enough postage, to:

Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes
PO Box 211
Macedon, NY 14502-0211

Each card is one entry, and it must be postmarked and received by the dates in the table above. Since the rules refuse mechanical copies, write every card by hand, and include a legible return address. P.O. boxes aren’t accepted as your own address, either.

What other LongHorn survey guides get wrong

When we compared two guides that show up in searches for LongHorn survey with Darden’s rules and the survey itself, these claims didn’t match.

What the guide saysWhat the rules or survey show
You get “a validation code to redeem a special offer on your next visit” (longhornsurvey.vip)The last screen only confirms your sweepstakes entry
Enter “the survey code, date, and time of your visit” (longhornsurvey.vip)The start screen asks only for the ID number
“Most receipts give you seven days” (longhornsteakhousemenu.us)The rules set no deadline after your visit
Open to Canadians “outside Quebec” (longhornsteakhousemenu.us)The rules include Canada with no Quebec exclusion
“twelve monthly periods” (longhornsteakhousemenu.us)Periods run four or five weeks, such as June 1 to July 5, 2026
Mail your card to “the sponsor address” (longhornsteakhousemenu.us)Cards go to PO Box 211, Macedon, NY 14502-0211, not to the sponsor in Orlando

Fake LongHorn survey sites to watch for

The real survey starts at LongHornSurvey.com and runs on dardenrestaurants.qualtrics.com. Lookalike names aren’t Darden, and this site isn’t LongHorn either. For example, longhornsurveycom.autos, which appears in searches as a $100 survey page, now shows an online gambling site.

Real winners hear from the sponsor by email at the address they entered. So if a message asks you to pay a fee, buy gift cards or share bank details to claim $100, it isn’t from Darden. According to the FTC, real prizes are free.
