This StoreOpinion.ca guide rests on the 2026 contest rules, the live survey and Loblaw’s own winners list.
Not Loblaw. myreceiptsays.com explains StoreOpinion.ca without any tie to Loblaws Inc., Ipsos or InMoment. So your receipt code, phone number and email belong only on the real survey.
Take the survey at www.StoreOpinion.ca
The StoreOpinion.ca survey doesn’t appear in Google, so searching for it mostly turns up lookalike guides. Instead, type the address printed on your receipt, or use this button:
This goes to StoreOpinion.ca, which forwards you to the survey on feedback.inmoment.com, the site of the survey company InMoment. You can also take the survey by phone at 1-800-531-2928.
In short: within 7 days of shopping at a Loblaw store such as Loblaws, No Frills or Real Canadian Superstore, go to StoreOpinion.ca and enter the 19 to 21-digit code from the bottom of your receipt. Each finished survey counts as one entry in that month’s draw, up to five a month. Two winners are drawn every month in 2026, and each one picks a $1000 PC gift card or 1 million PC Optimum points. No receipt? You can still enter for free with the “Don’t have receipt” option.
Loblaws, No Frills and Superstore surveys all use StoreOpinion.ca
The 2026 rules name 18 store banners whose receipts lead to this survey. So whether you searched for a Loblaws, No Frills or Superstore survey, it’s the same one:
However, Shoppers Drug Mart isn’t on that list, even though some guides include it.
What you can win with the StoreOpinion.ca survey in 2026
$1000 PC gift card or 1,000,000 PC Optimum points. There are two winners in every monthly draw, so 24 prizes over 2026.
Each confirmed winner chooses one of the two options: a $1000 PC® gift card, or one million PC Optimum points, which the rules value at about $1,000. To take the points, you must be the authorized holder of the PC Optimum account linked to your entry. Membership is free at pcoptimum.ca or in store, and the survey asks for the email you registered with.
You can win only once per monthly draw, and no more than 12 times in 2026. Also, the odds depend on how many eligible entries arrive that month, so no one can promise you a figure.
The winners list on the survey shows that the draws do pay out. For January to August 2026, it names 16 winners, and 8 chose the gift card while 8 chose the points. No Frills shoppers won most often (6 times), followed by Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore and Your Independent Grocer shoppers (2 each). Names appear only after a month’s prizes are fully processed, which is why the list stops at August.

Is your receipt still good, and which draw will you enter?
The rules give you 7 days from your purchase. An entry then counts in the monthly draw period in which it arrives, by Eastern Time. Enter the date on your receipt and the checker works out both. It runs in your browser and sends nothing.
The 19 to 21-digit StoreOpinion.ca receipt code
At the bottom of an eligible receipt, a message starts TELL US HOW WE DID TODAY! VISIT WWW.STOREOPINION.CA OR CALL 1-800-531-2928.
The code sits under it, after the word CODE. For example, the sample on the start screen reads 030211 123456 1234 09999.
The start screen asks you to Enter the 19-21-digit code located on the bottom of your receipt to start.
It splits the code into four boxes of 6, 6, 4 and 5 digits. When a group on your receipt is shorter, the help screen says to add zeros in front, so 48 in the 4-digit box becomes 0048.
The screen also notes You will need a store receipt issued within the last 7 days.
Finally, buttons at the top switch the survey to English, French, Chinese or Punjabi.

Enter the StoreOpinion.ca draw without a receipt
You can, because the rules call this route NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
. On StoreOpinion.ca, tick “Don’t have receipt” instead of typing a code. Then complete the survey and the entry form, including your first name, last name and phone number. It counts the same as a receipt entry, within the same limit of five a month.
With a receipt, you can also enter by phone at 1-800-531-2928, where an automated system asks the questions. On the other hand, the 2026 rules have no mail-in entry at all.
When StoreOpinion.ca won’t take your code
- If the code is rejected, type it in the same groups as your receipt, using boxes of 6, 6, 4 and 5 digits.
- When a group on the receipt is short, add zeros to the front, so 48 becomes 0048.
- If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, the code has expired, so use “Don’t have receipt” instead.
- When your receipt has no “TELL US HOW WE DID TODAY!” message, it has no code. In that case, the no-receipt route is your way in.
- For anything else, the survey’s Help link emails Loblaw at csat@loblaw.ca.
What other StoreOpinion.ca guides get wrong
When we compared two guides that show up in searches for storeopinion with the 2026 rules, both made claims the rules don’t support.
| What the guide says | What the 2026 rules say |
|---|---|
| “You can win a $5000 cash prize monthly” (storeopinionca.com) | A $1000 PC gift card or 1 million PC Optimum points, two each month |
| A 3 x 5-inch “Mail method” to a Toronto address (storeopinionca.com) | There’s no mail-in entry, so the free route is “Don’t have receipt” online |
| “Each person is allowed only one entry” (storeopinionca.com) | Five entries per person in each monthly draw period |
| For the points, you need a PC Financial Mastercard or PC Money Account (storeopinionsca.com) | You need only the PC Optimum account linked to your entry, and it’s free |
| “Up to 5 Survey’s per month per store” (storeopinionsca.com) | Five per person each month, whatever the store |
Lookalike StoreOpinion sites and prize scams
The real address is StoreOpinion.ca, and it forwards to feedback.inmoment.com. However, sites with similar names, such as storeopinionca.com and storeopinionsca.com, run their own “survey” pages, and this site isn’t Loblaw either. So type your code, phone number and email only on the real survey.
Real winners hear from the Sponsor, which tries at least twice to reach them, for example by phone. The rules ask winners to answer a math question and, where needed, sign a release, and nothing in them asks you to send money. According to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, a demand for a fee or gift cards before you get a prize is a sign of a scam.
