myreceiptsays.com is an independent guide to the customer satisfaction surveys printed on store receipts, and to the rewards that come with them. We aren’t connected to any store, survey company or sweepstakes, and we never ask for your receipt, survey code or personal details.
Why this site exists
A receipt survey is usually just a form. It asks for a code and your opinions, but it rarely tells you what you can actually win, how many entries you get, how long you have, or how to enter if you have no receipt. Those answers sit in official rules documents that few people read.
Search results don’t help much either. Many survey guides copy each other’s figures, repeat prizes from rules that expired years ago, and call themselves “official” when they aren’t. Some lookalike sites go further and ask shoppers for payment details. We started myreceiptsays.com to give shoppers one page per survey that is accurate, current and honest about what it doesn’t know.
What you’ll find here
- The real survey address, and where it takes you
- The reward explained plainly: a prize drawing, loyalty points or nothing at all
- The rules that matter, quoted from the official documents
- Free ways to enter without a purchase, where the rules offer them
- Simple tools, such as date checkers, that run in your browser and send nothing to us
- Corrections to claims on other guides that don’t match the official rules
- How to spot fake survey sites and prize scams
How we check our facts
Every fact on a guide comes from a source we name at the bottom of that page: the official rules, the store’s own website, the survey itself, or a reputable news report. Where we can, we take the survey ourselves and describe what we saw. If something isn’t published anywhere we can check, we say so rather than guess. Our editorial policy sets out the full process.
Who’s behind it
Our survey guides are written by Marcus Vance. He works from the official rules and the stores’ own pages, and takes the surveys himself where he can, so each guide describes what you’ll actually see.
What Marcus covers
- Sweepstakes rules: entry limits, drawing schedules, whether losing entries carry forward, eligibility and how winners are verified
- Free entry without a purchase: mail-in entry formats and addresses, copied exactly from the rules
- Receipt survey codes: where they’re printed, what each field means and how long you have to use them
- The survey companies stores use: including Medallia for Lowe’s, Qualtrics for Kroger and Bellomy Research for Publix
- Loyalty rewards: what survey points are really worth, redemption minimums and when they expire
- Survey scams: lookalike sites, fake “you’ve won” messages and how real winners are contacted
His recent guides cover the Lowe’s survey, the Kroger feedback survey and the Publix survey. You can reach him at contact@myreceiptsays.com.
How we pay for the site
myreceiptsays.com is free to read and is supported by advertising served by Google. We aren’t paid by the stores, survey companies or sweepstakes we write about, and advertisers have no say in what we publish. An ad on a page is not an endorsement.
