This link opens MyCFAVisit.com, the Chick-fil-A Customer Experience Survey on SMG (Service Management Group) software. Chick-fil-A says the survey can also appear in the app’s For You tab.
Here’s the deal: enter the serial number from the bottom of your Chick-fil-A receipt at MyCFAVisit.com within 2 days of your visit. When you finish, give your email address, and Chick-fil-A emails a QR code for one free Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich or Spicy Chicken Sandwich within 24 hours. The expiry date is in that email.
The free Chick-fil-A sandwich from MyCFAVisit
Unlike most receipt surveys, MyCFAVisit names its reward on the start page: Upon completion of this survey the code for your free sandwich will be sent via email within 24 hours.
It also says you must give an email address at the end, so Chick-fil-A can send the offer.
Chick-fil-A’s help center fills in the rest. The offer is one free Original Chick-fil-A Chicken or Spicy Chicken Sandwich
, sent as a digital offer with a QR code. So its expiration date is in that email or in your Chick-fil-A One account. In addition, Chick-fil-A says Our system does not permit product substitutions.

Also, SMG’s survey terms set 13 as the default minimum age, and they stop a code that has already been used to submit responses

Is your receipt still inside the 2-day window?
Chick-fil-A says the survey must be taken within 2 days. So pick your receipt date, and the checker then counts the days on your device’s calendar. Nothing leaves your browser.
What MyCFAVisit.com asks for
The start page says Please enter the serial number that is printed on your receipt.
It splits the number across five boxes that take 7, 5, 4, 4 and 2 characters, so 22 in all.
Next, you’ll need an email address at the end, because that’s where the sandwich offer goes. Also, Chick-fil-A notes that not every receipt includes a survey invitation, and it requires the serial number.

- First, find the survey invitation and serial number at the bottom of your Chick-fil-A receipt.
- Within 2 days of your visit, type www.mycfavisit.com into your browser’s address bar, and choose Español if you prefer.
- Type the serial number across the five boxes, which take 7, 5, 4, 4 and 2 characters.
- Then answer the questions about your Chick-fil-A visit.
- At the end, enter your email address carefully, because that’s where the sandwich offer goes.
- Finally, open the email within 24 hours and use its QR code for one free Original Chick-fil-A Chicken or Spicy Chicken Sandwich before the date it shows.
MyCFAVisit problems and fixes
- If the email hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, check your spam, social and promotions folders, as Chick-fil-A suggests, then contact its CARES team.
- When you typed the wrong email, Chick-fil-A says it can’t send a replacement QR code, so double-check the address before you submit.
- If the serial number is unreadable, the survey can’t start, because Chick-fil-A requires it.
- When more than 2 days have passed, the receipt can’t be used, since Chick-fil-A says the survey must be taken within 2 days.
- If MyCFAVisit.com won’t load, type the address straight into the browser bar rather than a search engine, as Chick-fil-A advises.

Fake survey sites and free-sandwich scams

. Chick-fil-A warns that it can’t accept survey codes, coupons or QR codes from social media or auction sites as valid offers. This site isn’t Chick-fil-A either, so never buy or swap codes here or anywhere else.
Besides that, the survey never asks for payment. The sandwich arrives by email, so a call or message demanding a fee isn’t from Chick-fil-A, and the FTC says real prizes are free.
Can you get the Chick-fil-A sandwich without a receipt?
No. There’s no drawing or mail-in entry, because the reward is an emailed offer for completing the survey with your receipt’s serial number. Chick-fil-A also says feedback through its CARES contact form won’t produce a free sandwich offer.
