TellCulvers.com Survey: Validation Code for a Free Single Dish or Cake Cone

TellCulvers.com Survey: Validation Code for a Free Single Dish or Cake Cone

This TellCulvers guide follows the survey from its 15-character code box to the Validate Your Offer page. We rechecked the start page live on October 21, 2026, and set it against SMG’s survey terms.

Culver’s has no say over this page. We’re an outside site, unrelated to Culver Franchising System, LLC or to SMG, which hosts the survey. Hold on to your receipt and survey code, because only TellCulvers.com can use them.

Take the survey at www.TellCulvers.com

Grab your Culver’s receipt, then type the address or tap the button:

Open TellCulvers.com

The button opens TellCulvers.com directly. There, Culver’s Guest Satisfaction Survey runs on software from SMG (Service Management Group).

In short: type the 15-character survey code from your receipt at TellCulvers.com, using a zero wherever you see an O. Then answer the questions. At the end, you get a validation code to write on the receipt. It unlocks the offer printed there, such as a free single dish or cake cone of frozen custard, on your next purchase at the same Culver’s. The survey names no deadline, so go by any date on your receipt.

The free single dish or cake cone from TellCulvers

The start page promises a validation code that can be used to redeem the offer printed on your receipt. So the receipt, not the survey, names the reward. Culver’s survey receipts offer treats such as a free single dish or cake cone of frozen custard, and your own receipt states the exact item.

The code doesn’t buy anything by itself, though. Instead, the last page reads You may now redeem the offer on your receipt during your next purchase at this Culver’s location. That means two things: you claim it on a later order, and only at the restaurant that printed your receipt.

TellCulvers redemption rules, from the survey itself

What the survey saysWhat to do
“Please write the following validation code on your receipt.”Write the code on the paper receipt before you close the page
“during your next purchase”Hand over the receipt when you order on a later visit
“at this Culver’s location”Go back to the same restaurant, since another Culver’s may refuse it
“the offer printed on your receipt”Check your receipt for the item and any expiry date it prints

In addition, SMG’s survey terms say you can’t complete a survey if the code has already been used to submit responses. So each receipt earns one validation code.

Will TellCulvers accept your survey code?

The start page wants a 15-character code and warns Please do not use the letter ‘O’ when entering your Survey Code. Type your code below, and the checker counts the characters and swaps any O for a zero. It works in your browser, so the code never leaves your device.

What you need for the TellCulvers.com survey

The start page asks for one thing: Please enter the following pieces of information from your receipt. Below that sits a single box labeled Survey Code, which takes 15 characters.

Since the page tells you not to use the letter O, any round character in the code is a zero. Also, an Español link switches the whole survey to Spanish.

Neither the start page nor the questionnaire gives a deadline for taking the survey. If your receipt prints one, that date applies.

Unlike some other surveys, there’s no second form for receipts without a code. So if your receipt has no survey code, you can’t take the survey with it.

Taking the TellCulvers survey, step by step

  1. Find the 15-character survey code on your Culver’s receipt, along with the offer the receipt prints.
  2. Go to www.tellculvers.com, and select Español if you’d rather answer in Spanish.
  3. Type all 15 characters into the Survey Code box, using a zero wherever you see an O.
  4. Rate your visit, from the taste of the food to the speed of service, and describe it in three or more sentences.
  5. On the Validate Your Offer page, write the validation code on your receipt.
  6. Finally, bring the receipt back to the same Culver’s and hand it over during your next purchase.

What the Culver’s survey asks

It opens with your overall satisfaction with the visit, from Highly Satisfied to Highly Dissatisfied. Then it has you rate the taste and temperature of the food, the accuracy of your order, how easy ordering was and how the team members looked. After that come the speed of service, their friendliness and the value for the price.

Later, it asks whether you had a problem and how likely you are to return or recommend that Culver’s within 30 days. It may ask about a specific item, such as whether you ordered a Double Deluxe. Then a comment box asks for three or more sentences, up to 1,200 characters.

Near the end, you answer whether you were greeted and thanked, and whether a team member said your food was being made fresh. Finally, it asks if you belong to MyCulver’s and whether you’d like to recognize a team member by name.

When TellCulvers won’t take your code

  • If the code is refused, check for the letter O and type a zero instead, as the start page asks.
  • When the count is off, compare it with the receipt again, because the box expects exactly 15 characters.
  • If it says the code was used, that receipt has already given its validation code, and SMG’s terms don’t allow a second survey on it.
  • When your receipt has no survey code, the survey can’t start, since there’s no way in without one.
  • If a cashier won’t take the offer, make sure you’re at the Culver’s that printed the receipt and that it hasn’t passed any date printed on it.

What other TellCulvers guides get wrong

Two guides that show up in searches for tellculvers make claims the survey itself contradicts.

What the guide saysWhat the survey shows
“Look for the 18-digit survey code” (tellculvers.surveymemo.com)The code box asks for a 15-character code
Claim the scoop “at any participating location” (tellculvers.surveymemo.com)The last page says to redeem it “at this Culver’s location”
“No purchase is required to claim it” (tellculvers.surveymemo.com)The last page says to redeem it “during your next purchase”
Enter “the 18-digit Culver’s survey code and TRN number” (sweepstakesbible.com)The start page has one box, for a 15-character code
“You must be at least 18 years or older” (sweepstakesbible.com)The survey states no age, and SMG’s survey terms set 13 as the default minimum
Lists a giveaway running from April 1 to December 31, 2026 (sweepstakesbible.com)The survey’s pages end with a validation code, with no drawing or entry period

Lookalike survey sites to avoid

The real survey lives at TellCulvers.com, and its footer reads © 2026 SMG. Lookalike names such as tellculvers.us, tellculvers.dev, tellculvers.space and tellculversusa.com turn up in searches, yet the survey itself runs only at TellCulvers.com. This site isn’t Culver’s either, so type your code only into TellCulvers.com.

Also, the survey never asks for money or card details. Your validation code appears on its last page, so nobody needs to email, call or text you about a reward. If a message promises free custard in exchange for a fee, it isn’t from Culver’s, and the FTC warns that real prizes never cost money.

Is there a TellCulvers sweepstakes or mail-in entry?

Not that we found. The survey’s pages end with a validation code rather than a drawing entry, so there’s nothing to mail in. The reward is simply the offer on your receipt.

TellCulvers questions

Taking the Culver’s survey

Is the tellculvers.com survey legit?
Yes. TellCulvers.com hosts Culver’s Guest Satisfaction Survey, and its footer credits SMG, the company that runs the software. It asks only for the survey code from your receipt.
What is the TellCulvers survey code?
It’s the 15-character code printed on your Culver’s receipt. The start page says not to use the letter O, so type a zero in its place.
Why won’t TellCulvers accept my code?
Check for an O typed instead of a zero, or a missing character, since the box expects exactly 15. A code that was already used can’t start another survey either.
Can I take the TellCulvers survey in Spanish?
Yes. The Español link on the start page switches the survey to Spanish.
Can I take the Culver’s survey without a code?
No. The start page has only the Survey Code box, with no form for receipts that lack one.
What does the Culver’s survey ask?
Mostly ratings and yes-or-no questions about the food, the service and the team members. It also asks for one written comment of three or more sentences.

The validation code and offer

What do I get for the TellCulvers survey?
You get a validation code for the offer printed on your receipt, such as a free single dish or cake cone of frozen custard. Your receipt names the exact item.
Do I need to buy something to use the TellCulvers code?
Yes. The last page says to redeem the offer “during your next purchase at this Culver’s location”, so it goes with a later order.
Can I use the validation code at a different Culver’s?
The survey says to redeem it “at this Culver’s location”, which means the restaurant that printed your receipt. Another Culver’s may not accept it.
How long is the Culver’s validation code good for?
The survey doesn’t say. Look for an expiry date on your receipt, and use the offer on your next visit to be safe.
Do I have to write the validation code down?
Yes. The last page says “Please write the following validation code on your receipt.” The code we received had five digits.
Is there a TellCulvers sweepstakes?
Not that we found. The survey’s pages end with a validation code for the receipt offer, not a drawing entry.

Where these Culver’s survey facts come from

TellCulvers.com was opened and read on October 21, 2026, and we look again whenever readers report a change. Your own receipt sets the offer and any expiry date, so it outranks this summary whenever the two differ.

Spot a treat or an expiry rule on your receipt that we haven’t listed? Email contact@myreceiptsays.com, and our editorial policy explains how corrections get made. For other fast-food receipts, see our guides to the IHOP, Dunkin’ and Burger King surveys.

Culver Franchising System, LLC and SMG have no hand in myreceiptsays.com and never approved this TellCulvers guide. The Culver’s and MyCulver’s names belong to their owner, appearing here purely so readers can recognize the survey. Wherever the receipt or the survey says otherwise, follow them rather than us.
