Everything below comes from McDVoice.com itself, opened on October 19, 2026, and from survey official pages, from the code boxes to the validation code screen.
A guide, not McDonald’s. myreceiptsays.com has no connection to McDonald’s or to Service Management Group, the firm behind McDVoice. Please don’t send us your survey code or receipt, since they’re only useful on McDVoice.com.
Take the survey at www.McDVoice.com
Have your McDonald’s receipt in hand, then type the address or use this button:
This goes straight to McDVoice.com, the McDonald’s Customer Satisfaction Survey run by Service Management Group (SMG). Its footer says McDonald’s owns all the survey data.
In short: open McDVoice.com and type the 26-digit survey code from the middle of your receipt, or use the receipt details if there’s no code. When you finish, the survey gives you a validation code for the offer printed on your receipt, which guides most often report as a buy one, get one free deal. Write the code on the receipt, because the offer expires 30 days after the receipt date.
What the McDVoice validation code gets you
The start screen promises a validation code that can be used to redeem the offer printed on your receipt.
So the reward isn’t the same everywhere. Instead, each receipt prints its own offer, and the code unlocks it.
Most guides, and the readers who comment on them, report a buy one, get one free sandwich, such as a Quarter Pounder with Cheese or an Egg McMuffin. Others mention free fries or a drink. Before you take the survey, read the offer on your own receipt, because that’s the deal your code will unlock.
Also, the start screen says your ability to take the survey and redeem the offer does not depend in any way on the answers you give or on how satisfied you were with your visit.
In other words, an honest low score still gets the code.
The McDVoice offer terms, line by line
When you finish, the last screen says Please write the following validation code on your receipt.
In the questionnaire we reviewed, it showed a 7-digit code and these terms:
| Term on the screen | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Offer expires 30 days after receipt date | The clock starts at your visit, not when you take the survey |
| Valid at participating US McDonald’s | Not every restaurant takes it, so ask before you order |
| Not valid with other offers | You can’t stack it with another coupon or deal |
| Limit 1 offer per person per visit | One receipt offer for each visit |
| Price of required purchase posted on menu boards | You still pay for the item the offer requires |
| May not be transferred, sold, duplicated or transmitted electronically | Bring the paper receipt itself, not a photo |
Separately, a note at the bottom of the start screen says McDonald’s customers may participate in up to five surveys per month per restaurant.

How long is your McDVoice offer good for?
The offer expires 30 days after the date printed on your receipt. Enter that date and the checker works out your last day. It uses your device’s calendar, since the terms name no time zone, and it runs in your browser without sending anything.
How the McDVoice.com receipt survey starts
The start screen offers two ways in, depending on what your receipt shows.
With the 26-digit survey code
The survey asks you to enter the 26-digit Survey Code located in the middle of your receipt.
It splits the code into six boxes: five groups of five digits, then one final digit. For example, the sample receipt on the survey shows 99999-01010-61515-20238-00032-2 under Survey code:
.
Without a code
If your receipt has no 26-digit code, the link If you do not have a 26-digit code printed on your receipt, click here
opens a second form. It asks for six details from the receipt:
- Store #, up to five digits, printed next to
Store#
at the top - KS #, up to two digits
- Date of Visit, picked as month, day and year
- Time of Visit, picked on a 24-hour clock, so 8:23 PM is 20:23
- Order, the KVS Order number, up to four digits
- Amount Spent, in dollars and cents, such as the Eat-In Total
Either way, an Español link at the top switches the survey to Spanish.

The McDVoice receipt survey, step by step
- Find the 26-digit survey code in the middle of your McDonald’s receipt, or, if there isn’t one, the Store #, KS #, date, time, order number and total.
- Go to www.mcdvoice.com, and select Español at the top if you’d rather answer in Spanish.
- Type the code into the six boxes, five digits at a time with one digit in the last box, or use the link for receipts without a code.
- Answer the questions about how you ordered, your visit type, your food, the service and the value for money.
- On the last screen, write the validation code on your receipt, as the survey asks.
- Finally, bring the receipt to a participating US McDonald’s within 30 days of the receipt date and buy the item the offer requires.

What the McDonald’s survey asks
First, it asks how you placed your order: with an employee, in the McDonald’s app or at a kiosk. Then you pick carry out, dine-in or drive-thru, and rate your overall satisfaction on a five-point scale from Highly Satisfied to Highly Dissatisfied.
Next, it asks if you belong to MyMcDonald’s Rewards and whether the employee asked if you were using the app. After that, you rate the taste, temperature and quality of your food, the cleanliness, order accuracy, staff friendliness, ease of ordering, speed and value.
Later questions cover what you ordered, such as Breakfast or Burgers, Chicken & Fish, and the quality of specific items like a Big Mac. Finally, it asks about any problem, whether you’d return or recommend that restaurant within 30 days, and how often you’ve visited McDonald’s lately.
When McDVoice won’t take your code or offer
- If the 26-digit code is rejected, type it in the same five-digit groups as your receipt, with the last digit in the small sixth box.
- When the receipt has no 26-digit code, use the link for receipts without one and enter the store and visit details instead.
- If the time won’t match, remember the form uses a 24-hour clock, so 2:15 PM is 14:15.
- When a code has already been used, it won’t work again, because SMG’s survey terms say a used code can’t complete another survey.
- If you’ve done five surveys for one restaurant this month, wait for next month, since that’s the stated limit per restaurant.
- When a cashier turns the offer down, check that it’s within 30 days of the receipt date and that the restaurant participates. Also, bring the paper receipt with the code written on it.
What other McDVoice guides get wrong
We compared two guides that show up in searches for mcdvoice with the survey’s own screens and SMG’s terms. Both stated rules the sources don’t support.
| What the guide says | What the sources show |
|---|---|
| The code is “valid for 30 days from the date you completed the survey” (knowmenuprices.com) | The completion screen says the offer expires 30 days after the receipt date |
| “Up to 5 surveys per calendar month per household or IP address” (knowmenuprices.com) | The survey’s own note says up to five surveys per month per restaurant |
| Entrants must be “at least 18 years of age” (knowmenuprices.com) | SMG’s survey terms set 13 as the default minimum, and McDVoice states no other age |
| “Most offers are valid for 7 to 30 days” (fastfoodmenufeed.com) | The completion screen gives one window, 30 days after the receipt date |
Lookalike McDVoice sites and code sellers
The real survey is at McDVoice.com, and its footer names Service Management Group. However, sites such as themcdvoice.com, mcdvoice.info and mcdvoice.us.com use the name in their addresses, and some copy the survey’s welcome wording in their titles. This site isn’t McDonald’s either, so enter your code only on McDVoice.com.
Also, skip any “validation code generator” or seller. The offer terms say it May not be transferred, sold, duplicated or transmitted electronically.
If a message promises free food for a fee or card details, it isn’t McDonald’s, and the FTC says real prizes are free.
Is there a McDVoice sweepstakes or free entry?
No. The screens we reviewed show no drawing, so there’s nothing to enter by mail. The reward is the receipt offer itself, and it usually needs a purchase, since the terms mention the Price of required purchase
.
McDVoice questions
Taking the McDonald’s survey
Is the McDVoice.com survey run by McDonald’s?
McDonald’s owns the survey data, and Service Management Group runs the site. The survey’s footer says McDonald’s “owns all survey data collected herein”.
Where is the 26-digit code on my McDonald’s receipt?
The survey says it’s located in the middle of your receipt, under “Survey code:”. You type it in six boxes: five groups of five digits and a final single digit.
Can I take the www.mcdvoice.com survey with receipt details but no code?
Yes. Use the link for receipts without a 26-digit code, then enter the Store #, KS #, date and time of visit, order number and amount spent.
Is the McDonald’s survey available in Spanish?
Yes. The Español link at the top of the start screen switches the survey to Spanish.
How many McDVoice surveys can I take?
Up to five surveys per month per restaurant, according to the note at the bottom of the survey.
Do my answers affect the McDVoice offer?
No. The start screen says your ability to take the survey and redeem the offer “does not depend in any way on the answers you give”.
The validation code and offer
What do I get for the McDVoice receipt survey?
You get a validation code for the offer printed on your receipt. Guides most often report a buy one, get one free sandwich, but the item and terms on your own receipt are what count.
How long is the McDVoice validation code good for?
The completion screen says the offer expires 30 days after the receipt date, not 30 days after you take the survey.
Can I use the McDVoice offer in the McDonald’s app?
No. The terms say the offer may not be transmitted electronically, so write the code on your paper receipt and hand it over at a participating US McDonald’s.
Can I combine the receipt offer with other deals?
No. The offer is “Not valid with other offers”, and there’s a limit of one offer per person per visit.
Is there a time limit to take the McDVoice survey?
McDVoice.com doesn’t state one, although many guides cite 7 days. Since the offer expires 30 days after the receipt date, take the survey soon and check your receipt for any deadline it prints.

We read the McDVoice start screens live on October 19, 2026. The offer terms come from a completion screen whose footer reads 2023, so the terms shown with your own code take priority.
