Burger King’s help center article on the MyBKExperience survey sets the rules on this page. Meanwhile, the survey’s own pages, from the order details, show the steps.
Burger King doesn’t run this site. Nobody at Burger King or Momos writes, funds or checks this guide. So your phone number and email go only into the real survey, never to us.
Take the survey at www.MyBKExperience.com
The survey lives at the address printed on your receipt. Type it in, or use this button:
This goes to MyBKExperience.com, which loads the survey from Momos, the survey company it uses, on go.momos.com and us-restaurant.momos.io. The site’s title calls it the BK survey for the United States and Canada.
In short: open MyBKExperience.com, enter your restaurant number, visit date and time, and answer the questions. When the survey asks, say Yes to a free offer and pick the Whopper, which comes with the purchase of a small, medium or large drink and any size fries. According to Burger King, your code lasts 14 days, works only at the restaurant you visited and comes once every 30 days.
Burger King’s rules for the MyBKExperience offer
Burger King’s help center lists these rules in its article How do I complete the MyBKExperience survey on my receipt?
, last updated on March 16, 2026:
| How long the code lasts | 14 days after you complete the survey |
|---|---|
| How often you can get one | One validation code every 30 days |
| Where it works | Only at the restaurant you visited |
| Other deals | It can’t be combined with other offers |
| Which receipts qualify | Only those with a survey, because each franchisee decides whether to turn survey codes on |
So plan to use the offer at the same Burger King you visited. Also, a receipt without a survey invitation simply means that restaurant hasn’t switched the survey on.
The free Whopper and the other MyBKExperience offers
Near the end, the survey asks Would you like to receive a free offer for completing our survey today? If yes, contact info will be required.
If you say Yes, it shows three offers and a way to decline:
| Free item | What you have to buy |
|---|---|
| Whopper® Sandwich | A small, medium or large drink and any size fries |
| Original Chicken Sandwich | A small, medium or large drink and any size fries |
| Croissan’which® | A small, medium or large coffee and any size hash browns |
| I Don’t Want An Offer | Nothing, since you skip the offer |
Each offer reads On Order At Burger King
, and Burger King’s rules say codes work only at the restaurant you visited. Next, a form asks for your phone number, full name and email, and you tick a box to accept the Momos Terms and Conditions. The form says this is so we can send your offer or contact you if needed.
In the screens we reviewed, the final page thanked the guest and showed no code. However, the start screen still says you’ll get a validation code to write on your invitation. So if a code does appear at the end, write it down, and otherwise watch your inbox. Momos’s own support site says offers like these arrive in an offer email, and that customers give the code to staff to redeem.

Is your Burger King survey code still good?
Burger King gives you 14 days from finishing the survey to use the code, and one code every 30 days. Pick a date and the checker works out the rest. It runs in your browser and sends nothing.
What the Burger King survey asks for first
After you select Take Survey
, the first screen says Please provide us with your order details
. It asks for four things from your receipt:
- Restaurant Number, which is required. The box shows
Example: 12
, and aWhere is my restaurant number?
link opens a sample receipt with the number besideStore #
near the top. - Visit Date and Visit Time, which are required and printed under the store details.
- Order Total, which is optional and shown as the Grand Total.
The survey also asks how you reached it, with three answers: I went to mybkexperience.com
, I scanned the QR Code on the receipt
and I had to enter a long code
. Meanwhile, a menu at the top switches between English (American), French and Spanish.

How to take the MyBKExperience survey, step by step
- Go to MyBKExperience.com, pick English, French or Spanish if you like, and select Take Survey.
- Type the restaurant number from beside Store # on your receipt, the visit date and time, and the order total if you want.
- Choose your order type, then rate your food, service, order accuracy and cleanliness, and answer the remaining questions.
- When the survey asks whether you’d like a free offer for completing it, choose Yes.
- Select Free Whopper Sandwich, which comes with the purchase of a small, medium or large drink and any size fries.
- Finally, enter your phone number, full name and email, accept the Momos Terms and Conditions, and select Submit.

What the MyBKExperience survey asks about your visit
First, you choose your order type: Drive-Thru, Dine-in, Carry-Out or Home Delivery. Then you rate your overall satisfaction from one to five stars, followed by the taste and temperature of your food, the accuracy of your order, the speed of service, the friendliness of the team, and the cleanliness inside and outside.
After that, it asks whether you had a problem, and how likely you are to return to that Burger King or recommend it in the next 30 days. A few questions are specific to BK. For example, it asks whether the team said you rule
, whether you were offered a crown, and whether you know the Royal Perks program. It also asks how you learned about the survey, such as from the receipt or a tray liner.
When the MyBKExperience offer doesn’t work
- If your receipt has no survey on it, that restaurant’s franchisee hasn’t turned survey codes on, so there’s nothing to enter.
- When you can’t find the restaurant number, look beside
Store #
near the top of the receipt. - If your offer hasn’t arrived, check the email address you entered, including the spam folder, since Momos says offers like this arrive by email.
- When a cashier turns the code down, make sure you’re at the same restaurant you visited and the 14 days haven’t passed.
- If you got a code within the last 30 days, you’ll have to wait, because Burger King allows one every 30 days.
- If you hoped to add another coupon or app deal, you can’t, because the survey offer can’t be combined with other offers.
What other MyBKExperience guides get wrong
When we compared guides that show up in searches for mybkexperience with Burger King’s help center and the live survey, several made claims the sources don’t support.
| What the guide says | What the sources show |
|---|---|
| “The validation code expires 30 days after the receipt date” (bitestaff.com) | Burger King says a code is valid for 14 days after you complete the survey |
| “Enter the 5-digit store number” (bitestaff.com) | The survey’s own example is 12, and its sample receipt shows Store # 9999 |
| The survey needs a 16-digit code from the receipt (bitestaff.com, mybkexperience.page) | At MyBKExperience.com, the first screen asks for the restaurant number, date, time and total, with no code box |
| You must live in “the USA, UK, Canada, Philippines or India” (mybkexperience.page) | The site’s title says it’s the survey for the United States and Canada |
Lookalike MyBKExperience sites
The real address is MyBKExperience.com, and it loads the survey from Momos. However, sites with similar names, such as mybkexperience.org, mybkexperience.page, mybkexperience.vip and mybkexperience.com.co, are guides rather than Burger King, and this site isn’t Burger King either. So enter your phone number and email only on the real survey.
Also, the survey never asks for payment or a card number. If a message promises free food and asks for a fee or bank details, it isn’t from Burger King. According to the FTC, real prizes are free.
Is there a free entry or a prize drawing?
No. Neither the survey nor Burger King’s help article mentions a sweepstakes, so there’s nothing to enter by mail. The reward is the offer itself, and every offer needs a purchase, such as a drink and fries with the free Whopper.
