- A mistake on one of our guides. Tell us the page, what’s wrong and, if you can, where you saw the correct information. We check every report against the official source and fix verified errors.
- A broken link or a survey address that has changed.
- A survey you’d like us to cover.
- Questions about this site, including privacy and advertising.
What we can’t do
We’re an independent guide, not the store or the survey company, so we can’t:
- check whether your survey entry went through, or look up a winner
- fix a survey code that won’t work, or extend a deadline
- award, send or replace any prize, points or coupon
For those, contact the store’s customer service. Each of our guides lists the official contact details where the store publishes them.
Please don’t send us
Receipt photos, survey codes, account passwords, card numbers or other personal details. We don’t need them to answer you, and we’ll delete any we receive.
A warning about impersonation
myreceiptsays.com doesn’t run sweepstakes or giveaways, and we never contact anyone to say they’ve won. If a message claiming to be from us says you’ve won a prize or asks for payment, it’s a scam. Please forward it to us.
