Chance to Win a $500 Check at Lowes.com/Survey

Lowe’s 2026/2027 sweepstakes rules are the source for every deadline and address in this lowes.com/survey guide.

Not affiliated with Lowe’s. We’re an independent site, so the survey and its $500 check drawing aren’t ours to run. You won’t be asked for your receipt, survey code or personal details here.

To reach www.lowes.com/survey, type it into the address bar

When we searched Google for www.lowes.com/survey in 2026, Lowe’s own survey page wasn’t listed, so searching for the address may not get you to the survey. Typing it into your browser’s address bar, the bar that shows the current web address, takes you there directly.

www.lowes.com/survey

Go to www.lowes.com/survey

This goes to www.lowes.com/survey, the address given in Lowe’s official rules. Lowe’s then forwards you to the survey itself on survey.medallia.com.

The Lowe's survey start screen on survey.medallia.com, reached by typing www.lowes.com/survey

The Lowe’s survey is at www.lowes.com/survey, for customers whose Lowe’s cash register receipt shows an internet address. Finish it within 7 calendar days of the receipt date and you get one entry in the current monthly drawing, where five winners each get a $500 check. Completing the survey doesn’t win anything by itself. If your receipt is too old, or you have no receipt, you can enter free by mail instead, within the same one-entry-a-month limit.

Is your receipt still inside the 7 days?

The rules say online entries must be made within 7- calendar days of receipt date. They don’t say whether the receipt date counts as day 1, or name a time zone. So this checker plays safe twice: it treats six days after the receipt date as the last safe day, and it counts on Eastern Time, the zone the rules use for their dates and the earliest clock in the 50 states. We can’t see which clock the survey site uses, so treat the result as a guide. It runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

What you need before you start

A Lowe’s cash register receipt with an internet address printed on it. That’s how the official rules describe it, and they say nothing more: no survey code, no ID number, no digit count. Pages that insist on an 18-digit number are going beyond what the official rules say. If the survey asks for details from your receipt, copy exactly what’s printed.

You also need to be inside the 7-day window and eligible under the rules: a legal resident of the United States or Washington, D.C., at least 18 and at least the age of majority in your state when you enter.

The rules don’t mention an account, login, username or password. If you searched for a “$500 login”, there’s nothing in the rules to sign into, so be wary of any page that wants you to create an account to claim $500.

How to enter online

  1. Check your receipt date with the checker above. Online entries have 7 calendar days from it.
  2. Type www.lowes.com/survey into your browser’s address bar, not into a search box.
  3. Let the page forward you to the survey itself on survey.medallia.com.
  4. If the survey asks for details from your receipt, copy them exactly as printed, then answer every page to the end.
  5. Under the official rules, completing the survey gives you one entry in that entry period’s drawing automatically.

What “www.lowes.com/survey $500” actually gets you

A chance, not a payment. In each monthly entry period, the sweepstakes administrator, Cohen-Friedberg Associates, draws five winners at random from that period’s eligible entries. Each winner receives $500, paid as a check.

Odds depend on how many eligible entries come in; the rules give no number. Winners pay any taxes on the prize, and a person or household can win only once in the whole sweepstakes, which runs from January 31, 2026, to January 29, 2027. Entries don’t carry over between periods.

The prize is a check. It isn’t a gift card or a reward everyone gets, whatever other guides’ headlines say. The rules allow one exception: if the check can’t be awarded for reasons outside Lowe’s control, Lowe’s may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

No purchase is necessary. Hand print on a 4 x 5 inch card your full name, street address (the rules ask for no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, age, daytime phone number and, if you have one, email address. Put the card in an envelope and mail it to:

Lowe’s 2026/2027 Customer Satisfaction $500 Monthly Survey Sweepstakes
P.O. Box 0368
Falmouth, MA 02556-0368 USA

The box number is 0368 and the ZIP+4 is 02556-0368, each with its leading zero; a guide we checked on September 30, 2026, printed 368 instead. A mailed card counts the same as a survey: one entry per person or email address per month, whichever way you enter.

The rules say a mailed entry must be postmarked and received by the deadline for its entry period, so mail it days ahead. Each postmark deadline falls 8 or 9 days after its period closes (see the table below), and the rules don’t say which period a card counts toward if it’s postmarked in that gap. Mailing early in a period avoids the question. Confirm the address in the official rules before you mail anything.

When the survey won’t cooperate

  • Searching the address doesn’t find the survey. Type it into the address bar instead; in our Google checks, Lowe’s survey page wasn’t listed.
  • Your receipt is more than 7 days old. Online entry for it has closed. If you haven’t entered this month’s period yet, you can still enter by mail.
  • You’ve already entered this month. The limit is one entry per person or email address per month, and going over it can get you disqualified altogether, at the sponsor’s discretion. Don’t take a second survey for the same month.
  • Your receipt has no web address on it. The online route in the rules is for receipts that show one, so use the mail-in entry.
  • The form rejects a number from your receipt. Re-type it one character at a time; 0 and O, and 1 and I, are the easiest to mix up. We can’t see why the survey site turns down a particular entry.
  • The page won’t load. Try a different browser, or switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi.

Claims elsewhere that the rules don’t back up

We compared guides from our searches on October 2, 2026, with the official rules. These mismatches could cost you an entry.

Telling the real survey from a fake

Look at the address bar before you type anything. The real route starts at www.lowes.com/survey and moves on to survey.medallia.com; a misspelling or any other domain isn’t Lowe’s. This site isn’t Lowe’s either, and it will never ask for your receipt, a code or your personal details.

Neither entry method in the rules asks for a card number, a bank account or a Social Security number; the mail-in card asks only for the details listed above. Real winners are contacted by phone or email. Offers of $5,000 or a gift card don’t match these rules, which name $500 by check, with a substitute prize only if the check can’t be awarded.

Anyone who says you’ve won and then asks for a fee, gift cards or bank details is running a scam. The FTC gives the same advice: real prizes are free, and there’s no reason to hand over a bank or card number to claim one.

Common questions about www.lowes.com/survey

Is there a www.lowes.com/survey $500 login?
Not in the official rules. They mention no login, account or password; you go to www.lowes.com/survey and complete the survey.
Is the www.lowes.com/survey $500 prize a gift card?
No. The rules say each of the five monthly winners gets $500, paid as a check.
How long do I have to take the Lowe’s survey?
7 calendar days from the date on your receipt, under the 2026/2027 rules. They don’t say whether the receipt date counts as day 1, so finishing within 6 days is the safe choice. After that, you can still enter free by mail if you haven’t entered that month.
Why doesn’t lowes.com/survey come up when I search for it?
Lowe’s own survey page didn’t appear in Google results when we checked in September and October 2026. Type www.lowes.com/survey straight into your browser’s address bar instead.
How many times can I enter?
Once per month per person or email address, whichever way you enter. Going over the limit can get you disqualified, so don’t take extra surveys in the same month.
Can I enter without buying anything?
Yes. Mail a hand-printed 4 x 5 inch card with your details, in an envelope, to Lowe’s 2026/2027 Customer Satisfaction $500 Monthly Survey Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 0368, Falmouth, MA 02556-0368 USA. No purchase is needed.
Who can enter?
Legal residents of the United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 and at least the age of majority in their state of residence when they enter.
When is the next drawing?
Each entry period has its own drawing, scheduled for about 9 or 10 days after the period closes. The table above lists every period and drawing date through February 8, 2027.
How are winners contacted?
By phone or email. A winner has 7 calendar days to respond and must return a signed eligibility affidavit and release within 7 calendar days.

Where this comes from

These rules cover January 31, 2026, to January 29, 2027. After that date, look for newer rules before relying on any date on this page.

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and Cohen-Friedberg Associates have no stake in myreceiptsays.com, and they don’t endorse it. The Lowe’s name is its owner’s trademark, which we use only to identify the survey. If anything here conflicts with Lowe’s sweepstakes rules, the rules are the ones that apply.
