On October 28, 2026, we typed ChipotleFeedback.com into a browser, landed on Chipotle’s own feedback form and read every option it offers, then checked the free-burrito claims against Chipotle’s published contest rules.
Not a Chipotle website. Chipotle Mexican Grill has no involvement with myreceiptsays.com, so we can’t see or send your feedback. The 20-digit survey code is for Chipotle’s form only, so there’s no need to share it with us.
Go to ChipotleFeedback.com
Hold on to your Chipotle receipt or digital order label, then open the form:
In fact, typing ChipotleFeedback.com sends you to this page, chipotle.com/feedback, which Chipotle runs on its own website under the heading “Voice of the Guest”.
Bottom line: ChipotleFeedback.com now forwards to Chipotle’s own feedback form. Pick how you were invited (a receipt with a 20-digit survey code, a label on a digital order, an email link or no invite), then share your feedback. You must be 13 or older. The form names no prize, so the “free burritos for a year” sweepstakes many guides describe isn’t part of it today.
Can ChipotleFeedback still win you free burritos?
Not through the feedback form, as far as we can tell. Instead, the form’s text talks only about your thoughts, feelings, and impressions
, and it shows no prize, no drawing and no rules link. Even SweepstakesBible now labels its “Win Free Burritos for a Year” listing as expired, with dates of January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022.
However, Chipotle’s latest “Free Burritos for a Year” prize came from somewhere else: Chipotle IQ, a trivia contest. Also, its rules set a promotion period of August 18 to August 20, 2026, and a sponsor of CMG Strategy Co., LLC. That contest has ended, and besides, it never required a receipt survey.

Check your 20-digit Chipotle survey code
The form asks you to Enter 20-Digit Survey Code
. So paste or type the code from your receipt, and this checker then counts the digits and strips any spaces or dashes. It runs in your browser, so the code never leaves your device.
What ChipotleFeedback.com asks for
First, the form asks: Please select the type of survey invite you received
. Then it offers four choices: Receipt with a survey code
, Label on my digital order
, Email with a survey link
and I do not have a survey invite
.
For example, with a receipt you’ll need its 20-digit code. Without an invite, the form also has fields for finding your restaurant and entering the date and time of your visit. After that, it asks for a star rating, how you ordered and what went wrong, if anything.
Meanwhile, Chipotle publishes no deadline for using a receipt code. Still, details fade, so share your feedback while the visit is fresh.
How to leave feedback at ChipotleFeedback.com
- First, type ChipotleFeedback.com into your browser; it forwards to chipotle.com/feedback.
- Next, choose receipt, digital order label, email link or no invite, then select Next.
- With a receipt, type the 20-digit survey code; without an invite, find your restaurant and enter the date and time.
- Then give a star rating and say how you ordered.
- After that, tick anything that went wrong, such as taste, portion size or speed, and add details.
- Finally, submit the form. It promises no prize or coupon.

When ChipotleFeedback doesn’t work
- If the code is rejected, count the digits; the form asks for exactly 20, with no letters.
- When you ordered online or in the app, choose “Label on my digital order” or the email option instead of the receipt one.
- If you never got an invite, pick “I do not have a survey invite” and find your restaurant by date and time.
- When you need a refund or help with a Rewards account, use Chipotle’s Contact Support link, because the feedback form isn’t a support ticket.

Out-of-date ChipotleFeedback claims
| The claim | What we found |
|---|---|
| “When you complete the Chipotle survey, you’re entered into the “Free Burritos for a Year” sweepstakes.” (chipotlefeedback.surveymemo.com) | The form shows no sweepstakes, prize or rules |
| “Chipotle picks one winner every month” (chipotlefeedback.surveymemo.com) | However, SweepstakesBible marks that sweepstakes expired, after a January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022 run |
| “There’s a mail-in entry option (no purchase required)” (chipotlefeedback.surveymemo.com) | Because there’s no current sweepstakes, there’s no current mail-in entry either |
| You’ll need “The restaurant number” (chipotlefeedback.surveymemo.com) | In fact, the receipt route asks only for the 20-digit code, and you search for the restaurant only without an invite |
Fake ChipotleFeedback sites
The real form sits on chipotle.com, and ChipotleFeedback.com simply forwards there. Lookalike pages such as chipotle-feedback.com use the survey’s name but aren’t Chipotle, and this site isn’t Chipotle either. So type your code only on chipotle.com/feedback.
Also, Chipotle’s form never asks for card details or a fee. So a message claiming you won free burritos and must pay to claim them is a scam, and the FTC says real prizes never cost money.
Is there a Chipotle survey mail-in entry?
We found none, because there’s no current survey sweepstakes to enter.
