The survey’s last page tells you: You will need to bring the receipt with the validation code back to the restaurant to redeem the offer printed on the receipt within 14 days.
So the receipt names the reward. Zaxby’s survey receipts carry deals such as buy one Big Zax Snak and get a second one free, and your own receipt gives the exact item.
Because it’s a buy one, get one (BOGO) deal, you pay for the first Big Zax Snak and the code covers the second. Also, on Zaxby’s menu, a Big Zax Snak is three Chicken Fingerz with Texas Toast and Zax Sauce. The same page adds You may now redeem the offer on your receipt during your next visit to this Zaxby’s.
In practice, that means a later order at the restaurant that printed your receipt.

Is your Zaxby’s offer still inside 14 days?
The survey doesn’t say whether the 14 days start on your visit or on the day you take the survey. So this checker counts from the receipt date, which gives the earlier and safer deadline. It runs in your browser, so it saves nothing.

Zaxby’s uses three feedback addresses. However, only two of them lead to the receipt survey.

That contact form also points questions about gift cards, the mobile app and rewards to Zaxby’s support page. So if you see “What does your feedback relate to?” instead of a code box, you’ve reached the contact form rather than the survey.

The box sits under that line, and its hint reads Enter the survey code located on your receipt.
The start page doesn’t say how long the code is. However, the box accepts at most 15 characters, so copy every character from your receipt.
You’ll also see an Español link and a link to an accessibility-friendly version. However, there’s no second form for receipts without a code, and the survey names no deadline for taking it. Still, the 14-day offer window means you should take it soon.
How to take the MyZaxbysFeedback survey
- First, find the survey code on your Zaxby’s receipt, along with the offer the receipt prints.
- Next, go to myzaxbysfeedback.com or www.zaxbyslistens.com, and pick Español or the accessibility-friendly version if you need it.
- Then type the survey code into the box, up to 15 characters, and start the survey.
- After that, answer the questions about your Zaxby’s visit.
- Afterward, on the Validate Your Offer page, write the validation code on your receipt.

When the Zaxby’s survey won’t cooperate
- If you see a contact form asking what your feedback relates to, you’re on feedback.zaxbyslistens.com. Go to myzaxbysfeedback.com for the code box instead.
- When the box stops accepting characters, you’ve hit its 15-character limit, so compare what you typed with the receipt.
- If the survey says the code was used, that receipt has already produced its validation code, and SMG’s terms don’t allow a second survey on it.
- For questions about Zax Rewards, the app or gift cards, use the support page linked from the contact form, since the survey doesn’t handle them.
- If a cashier won’t accept the offer, check that you’re at the Zaxby’s that printed the receipt and within 14 days of the receipt date.

Fake Zaxby’s survey sites to skip
The genuine survey opens at myzaxbysfeedback.com or www.zaxbyslistens.com, and its footer reads © 2026 SMG
. Lookalike names such as myzaxbysfeedback.autos, myzaxbys-feedback.cfd, myzaxbysvisit.website and myzaxbysvisit.shop appear in searches, yet none of them is the survey. This site isn’t Zaxby’s either, so enter your code only at those two addresses.
Also, the survey never asks for payment or card details. Your validation code appears on its last page, so nobody needs to call, text or email you about a reward. If a message offers free chicken for a fee, it isn’t from Zaxby’s, and the FTC warns that real prizes never cost money.
Is there a Zaxby’s survey drawing or mail-in entry?
We found none. The start page links no sweepstakes rules, and the last page hands you a validation code rather than an entry, so there’s nothing to mail in.
